At Collecdev, we’re experts at creating award-winning communities because we’re people too. That’s exactly what we programmed into our head office at 365 Bloor Street East, and one-year later, we’re still seeing the benefits, every single day.

The boardrooms, Collaboration Rooms, Innovation Room, and Zoom Rooms have seen a steady stream of meetings, brainstorms, and breakout sessions big and small.  The dedicated Construction Meeting Room has been full day in and day out, as our in-house construction team works to ensure our latest communities – TRETTI, Nørdic, and Cielo – are imbued with Collecdev’s signature quality and innovation, down to the last detail.

The Touchdown Pods have been enormously popular, offering team members flexible desk space that adapts to their individual schedules and needs.

The kitchen has become the heart of the office, a place where the team comes together to break bread and bounce around ideas in an informal setting that feels more like an extension of home. Equipped with Nespresso machines, a Keurig, and a bar fridge, and stocked with healthy snacks, it’s the perfect spot to connect and recharge around the communal table.

Everywhere you look, there are nods to nature, with abundant plants and greenery, and enormous windows that let in the light.
