Collecdev Accepts Three Nationals Awards

On January 9th, the 2018 National Sales and Marketing Awards will be taking place in Orlando, Florida. The National’s awards gala celebrates North America’s best new-home sales, marketing and design teams for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.

Recently the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) announced the Silver Award Winners of this year’s Nationals and Collecdev is excited to announce that it’s been presented with three awards.

The Silver Award Honors are the top voted recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Awards, which will be announced and presented on January 9th at the Nationals Gala at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando – the NAHB’s premier awards event.

“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Meredith Oliver, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”

Best Marketing of a Green/Sustainable Program
Westwood Gardens

Collecdev has been granted a Silver Award for Best Marketing of a Green/Sustainable Program for the Westwood Gardens community. Innovative geothermal heating and cooling system within the Westwood Gardens community, are less expensive to operate and maintain, resulting in lower monthly maintenance fees. The community also provides geothermal energy that has a fixed 30-year agreement which includes a performance guarantee and predictable costs. These sustainable features and so much more are a part of the Westwood Gardens community and deserving of  the Silver Award for Best Marketing of a Green/Sustainable Program.

Best Website/Microsite for a Builder

A streamlined, user-friendly, responsive website was designed and developed, including a blog, created to engage web viewers with content that speaks to brand values including art and culture, sustainability, architecture and design and to position corporate brand as a thought-leader. The Collecdev website hosts fluid and seamless navigation through both the project page as well as the corporate site, allowing users easy access to information through vibrant visuals and concise copy.
