After a fierce competition with over 700 entries we are proud to announce Westwood Gardens’ advancement into the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) finals for Best Brochure.
Taking almost 150 judges to narrow down the top entries, the competition was grueling, and this is a tremendous accomplishment for Collecdev.
Taking a magazine-style approach to the brochure, Westwood Gardens was able to connect with their readers through interesting and diverse articles highlighting the luxurious Westwood Gardens community and providing buyers with a well-rounded understanding of all its amenities.
The brochure’s sleek and vibrant finish perfectly embodies the contemporary and forward-thinking aesthetic of the project and its amenities. Soft to the touch, the brochure tells a story from cover to cover, through bold graphics and typography, perfectly curated content and vivacious imagery.
This crisp and comprehensive brochure played a major role in contributing to the overwhelming success of the Westwood Gardens project; selling 90 percent of the building’s units within the first month of it’s launch.
Fully sold out within the second month, the project’s sales volume and velocity was unprecedented in the Richmond Hill real estate submarket.
Taking place in Victoria, British Columbia this year and beginning on March 21, the Awards Gala Night will be the grand finale to the CHBA National Conference where winners will be announced.
