Collecdev is playing a major role in the redevelopment of Wilson Heights, with several vibrant new communities fostering the transformation of the Dufferin corridor into an exciting, high-density urban neighbourhood. There is Nørdic Condos, a 12-storey Scandinavian-inspired condominium at 500 Wilson, and Tretti Condos, a 13-storey building at 30 Tretti Way, both under construction nearby. And next up is a trio of buildings at 3400 Dufferin Street and 8 Jane Osler Boulevard.

Two 29-storey towers and one nine-storey mid-rise building will soon rise opposite Yorkdale Mall, just south of Highway 401. This joint venture will introduce 834 new condominium units across the street from Canada's most profitable mall, conveniently connected to Wilson Subway Station, Yorkdale Subway Station, Sheppard West Subway Station, GO Transit, Allen Road, and the 401.

The architectural vision by gh3* architects references a Scandinavian aesthetic with clean, white, panelled façades. Inside, the buildings feature a combined 1,365 square metres of retail space, and 3,474 square metres of thoughtful amenity programming.

Upholding Collecdev's commitment to environmental stewardship, the development will incorporate several sustainable features including green roofs, a focus on alternative modes of transportation (with nearly 2x more bicycle parking spaces vs. car parking spaces – 670 vs. 377), and the use of the innovative geothermal heating and cooling system first introduced to the Toronto market by Collecdev.
