• Exterior landscaping is 70% complete, with planters and plants taking root.
• The building is now fully enclosed - including roofing, window wall, curtain wall and EIFS (the Exterior Insulation Finishing System).
• The underground parking garage is complete and EV charging stations have been installed.
• Drywall installation is complete in the amenity spaces on the ground floor and in suites up to the 7th floor.
• Elevator installation is ongoing, preparing to move residents quickly and efficiently to their front door.
• Bathroom flooring, wall tile and vanity millwork is complete up to the 6th floor creating the background for the thoughtful and balanced spaces that combine timeless design with a Scandinavian flair.
• Kitchen millwork has been installed up to the 6th floor, a gourmet space that will inspire your inner chef.
• First occupancy dates are scheduled for early 2023.
