Retail will form the basis of a very street-friendly podium, with the development transitioning up to a 13-storey mid-rise building that respects the existing density of the neighbourhood while contributing to its evolution as a contemporary and liveable part of the city. The added density of the mid-rise residential building will provide a necessary critical mass of mixed housing tenure for the community—including affordable housing and rental replacement.
