A beacon of social and environmental sustainability, Lillian Park subscribes to the values that make Collecdev’s communities truly engaging and special places to live. Offering a premium rental experience that rivals the lifestyle of any condominium, Lillian Park couples design excellence with a supreme location served by countless neighbourhood amenities.

With towers of 25 and 26 storeys, the purpose-built rental buildings firmly establish themselves into the urban fabric of Yonge and Eglinton. Already an area typified by tall buildings, Lillian Park’s bright colour palette stands out among the cluster of adjacent towers. The contemporary design from Rafael + Bigauskas Architects is complemented by a public art feature by Larry Bell that invites discussion and adds a creative element to the landscape.

A total of 564 units range in size from 417-square-foot bachelor layouts to 1,164-square-foot three-bedroom plans, lending plenty of choice for multiple demographics. Homes are supported by an expansive surfeit of amenities, which includes party and theatre rooms, a rooftop barbecue and patio, an indoor pool and fitness centre, a green roof, a dog park and pet wash station, and an art gallery. Acknowledging the growing trend of families opting for high-rise, urban living, an on-site public daycare addresses the need for social infrastructure.

Collecdev’s innovative environmental measures are put on full display at Lillian Park, which employs an underground geothermal energy system that reduces carbon emissions and provides residents with predictable utility costs. The project meets Toronto Green Standards Tier 2 certification and assigns 50 percent of its land area as privately-owned publicly accessible spaces (POPS), forming new community hubs to connect and interact with one another.

Lillian Park joins a community further defined by its diverse storefronts, popular restaurants, leafy parks, and top schools. Residents living in the pair of towers can eschew their vehicles and opt for a greener way to travel, with the TTC’s Line 1 subway providing rapid transit service north and south. The future Eglinton Crosstown LRT will bring another vital transit connection to the neighbourhood, allowing residents to get across town in a speedy and reliable way.

Lillian Park recognizes the obligation of developers to give back to the community. Fulfilling the insatiable demand for purpose-built rental housing, and supplying its residents with renewable geothermal energy, Lillian Park embodies the intertwined relationship between the health and well-being of people and their environment.

A vibrant community

Lillian Park sits in the heart of midtown at Yonge and Eglinton, a bustling neighbourhood full of boutiques, cafés, restaurants, parks, and more, providing ample reason never to stray far from home.
