Excitement grows at TRETTI’S Homeowner Information Session

Late last month, while most people were coming down from the high of the holidays, for TRETTI homeowners, the excitement was just beginning as they tuned in on January 30th for the TRETTI Homeowner Information Session.

Over 200 soon-to-be residents attended the virtual event, hosted by Natascha Pieper, Collecdev’s Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, and Julian McNabb, Vice-President of Melbourne Property Management, the award-winning firm poised to bring their 100+ years of combined experience to provide quality service and exceptional performance at TRETTI.

During the 2-hour online webinar, TRETTI residents listened with rapt attention as they learned about their future home, the move-in process, and the teams in place to support the community – passionate people like Collecdev's Customer Care Manager, Nadine Kiriakis, and her dedicated team responsible for upholding our mission to build complete communities with uncompromising standards of quality and strong homeowner relationships; and Shanta Sapkota, TRETTI’s official Property Manager. With PDIs (Pre-Delivery Inspection) to begin soon at the Scandinavian-inspired community, the Homeowner Information Session marked a key milestone on the road to move-in day.

Natascha kicked things off with a discussion of Collecdev and our portfolio of award-winning communities, before focusing in on TRETTI and the incredible lifestyle – complete with crisp contemporary architecture, intelligent design, and spectacular neighbourhood and building amenities – that await residents. She then walked viewers through the various aspects of customer care including PDIs, interim occupancy, key collection, utility setup, and the Tarion warranty. Finally, Julian spoke to the purview of property management, covering topics like occupancy fees, elevator booking, parking and lockers, condo rules, garbage and recycling, insurance and registration, the Board of Directors, and of course, the main event – move-in day.

Around the 1-hour mark, the session transitioned from a presentation into an open discussion where Natascha and Julian fielded questions from attendees, demonstrating Collecdev’s signature collaborative approach to the human-centred experience. It was a clear reflection of the shared values between Collecdev and Melbourne Property Management and illustrated precisely why we’ve chosen them to take the helm at TRETTI.
